In March 2021, a small yet ambitious team planted the seeds of WIDJU with a mission to change lives. We started by focusing on the well-being of young individuals aged 18 to 33, pioneering an innovative mentorship program. This program was designed to combat the escalating prevalence of mental health issues in this age group.

Our journey began with an eight-week program that paired participants with mentors based on shared childhood experiences, values, interests, and aspirations. Through pillars of connection, daring to dream, research, and action planning, the results were astonishing. In just two weeks, 90% of participants felt optimistic about their futures, ready to contribute their talents to society.

Recognizing the profound impact on both mentees and mentors, WIDJU evolved into a recruitment company in August 2022. Our unique approach centers on understanding candidates on a deeper level, beyond just skills. We match based on drive, potential, and shared values. This human-centric model has led to groundbreaking placements, even in top management roles.
